How to control thread number by Blago's Burst-Miner

I do not want use all cpu power by Blago's Burst-Miner.
So do you know How to control thread number by Blago's Burst-Miner?
XPlotter implimented "-t" command line option. Blago's Burst-Miner do not have like this?Thank you for admins every time. I say thank you for create good softwares.

On win 10 64bit I made a bat with this in it
start /affinity 4 miner.exe <<< where the number is amount of cores and then miner.exe
Someone might be able to explain better but this gives you an idea.
