BURST FORUM AND BURST NATION WHATS DIFFERENCE LOOKS ALMOST SIMILAR THEN WHY TWO~
-
To each their owner, Bitcoin has thousands of forums and that doesn't create a divide in the community. We shouldn't let a second forum divide. Growing Pains are a part of everyday living and growing. We will get past it and united we are strong, but without competition, there is no desire to push for a lot of growth.
-
@Energy You're thinking of Burst being a single niche. If a cryptocoin was a single niche, then the only one that would be allowed would be bitcoin.

I like Chinese food, so one day I have rice and the next noodles..I want both lol... Yummy..
-
@Focus Already clear but as it is logical will not penalize CNN if not to those who use their news, that's why I say originality if there are certain posts here and are copied exactly in another forum at the end will be penalized
-
@socalguy Where I said that I do not believe more forums I just say that you have to differentiate not to be the identical

I could see your point being a little valid if they were truly 100% identical, but the surrounding layout, and of course the replies in the thread would be different, and google's algo will identify them as different.
-
The design has left me speechless, but well do whatever you want is not my problem I will not argue about this
-
@Energy You are 100% correct that each site needs to be original. Google will penalize the site to the second page of the search engine. Which means your exposure to new people is close to zero. In the long run, these two websites will be unique in there own way.
-
I'm not so against another forum. As long as people uphold their commitment to post everything here for assets and such. If you're a big player in this game you need to be on both forums a lot.
I think its mainly the way it was sold, to me at least.
-
@socalguy At least someone understood me jajajaja
I explain if it was not clear that I do not care if there are 1, 2 or 100 forums if they are useful, if at the end they are used to advertise the assets and make a copy and the paste will not make a difference

I totally understood you as well, it's just your understanding of it that needs clarification.
If someone does a copy/paste of the exact same content with static pages and not dynamic pages that are different because of user's replies then yes, chances are you will be penalized cause that would be seen as content spam, but in this case the content is unique even though there is an excerpt that is copied. In this situation it benefits both sites as rankings will go higher.

Burstnation is brilliant work this forum is like big bro but why we comparing with bitcoin, bitcoin is like its above gravitational force whatever happen ll never fall but we are still rising need improvement I m not suggesting to remove one but to merge both in such a way so that burst community is not divided can use both services ll be more exciting just digging wats happening is this boost for short term kindo show-off or a real big plan
-
@cwade77 I would be disappointed if asset owners who got their assets popular here, stopped posting here. This is the community they sold to, this is where they should continue to post updates to.
-
The asset section is the one that actually concern me the most there so that's why that I'll continue for now to post about my assets just here
-
@haitch Good idea..asset holders who launched assets here would be good to continue posting here..if they want to add to new forum as well, all good, just my two bursts.. I like both forums but some people may not have to time to be going to two forums like me lol..
-
I will be posting all updates to my Energizer Asset (and EnergizerBabies hint )
on both forums,
-
@cwade77 I understand what you're saying, but what I'm saying is that people that sold their asset here have at least a moral obligation to post updates here.
-
@cwade77 More to my point if you have advertised or sold your asset here you need to maintain that asset information here. I was speaking for existing assets.

@cwade77 I understand what you're saying, but what I'm saying is that people that sold their asset here have at least a moral obligation to post updates here.
Here is my take, since as we say the asset exchange is decentralized and we cannot control who buys or sells, wouldn't the same be applicable to asset issuers?
I mean, yes if you don't post here then theoretically you are shooting yourself in the foot because you are losing out on sales/support.
Having said that, the only moral obligation should be to inform the investors where to find the information, even if it is a personal site that has been put up.
So moral obligation no, out of respect to investors, I can see that.
-
There are many assets that direct to this forum in the asset itself. This cannot be changed.
You could inform them on this site to go to another. That would raise concern for me.
As it has been stated it's not a great idea from an advertising standpoint.
