Agree, I think upping the creating of an asset much higher makes perfect sense.
But I think even higher than 30k, something more like 50-150k is better.

It is surely no good idea to make asset transfer more expensive ... just because of some scam assets ... just ignore them ... send them to a 'bad bank' account ...
And everyone should be able to issue asset, so i also would dislike make that more expensive.
There are a lot of things that could happen in a decentralized network, that some may find offensive, but if you guys want censorship and control ... do not go for decentralized networks ...

@luxe Agreed on Transfers, but cost of issuing an Asset, particularly if the money could be diverted into a Global Asset Insurance Fund, might make sense?

Just in case, someone spams all accounts with offensive messages ... should we than make messages more expensive?! What with the users that want to write cheap messages?! If someone figures out a spam protection would probably be a better solution ...

If someone figures out a spam protection would probably be a better solution ...He is not talking about spam here, he is suggesting the price of issuing an asset be higher such as 50,000 or 100,000 Burst in which part of it would go to a fund to help protect from scams.
End users do not suffer, it would be a good deterent for someone to open an asset if it's a joke or if they are not 100% sure of themselves.

No, a smart contract that when an asset is issued, some of the transaction fees to go that account as escrow

I don't know of the conditions, but I like RichBC's thinking. Raise the Asset issue fee, and find a way to use as insurance...

Decentralization means freedom but also responsibility for every individual. We want to lower the barriers for small businesses to issue Assets of their Projects not make the barriers higher.
Insurance, checks and high fees we have with the current financial system.

@daWallet So how about a "High" fee on issuing an Asset that is returned when the Asset meets some criteria, otherwise it is transferred into a Fund for scam Assets?
