My wallet saying incorrect account after looging in , with balance zero all asset gone
im using window online wallet .
-
I am also getting the same incorrect account on my windows wallet
-
@cashgold same here
-
same in the AIO wallet. Try one of these: http://util.burst-team.us:8888/
-
On: https://wallet.burst-team.us:8125/index.html
Warning: You are most likely on a fork (you have forged the last 10 blocks).
-
Mine is doing the same. "Incorrect Account"
How long does it take for the Burst from the faucet to arrive in my Burst wallet?
-
The Win Client uses following Online Wallets:
https://wallet.burst-team.us:8125/index.html
https://wallet.burst-team.us:8126/index.html
https://wallet.burst-team.us:8127/index.html
https://wallet.burst-team.us:8128/index.htmlIf one wallet goes down, is unreachable, it switches to the next. Sometimes this trick doesn't work.
The online wallets are very user and newbie friendly but are actually against the whole idea of a decentralized trust-less transaction system. The online wallets are a centralized service which is a single point of failure. When it fails, you have to wait till someone else fixes it for you.
My personal recommendation: Have a local instance ready or running. Also add the list of online wallets to your bookmarks...

mines gone to im over it assets everything
-
You mean your done with Burst?
Yeah I deleted all files and downloaded a new wallet.
Says "Warning I am on a fork" I don't understand.
Also still says incorrect account

Yea I am getting the same issues as well. I was able to logon using https://wallet.burst-team.us:8126/index.html but not through my desktop wallet.
-
Local Wallet not working either. I went to help and clean up didn't do anything. Do have Java installed.
**
- ****Your local wallet hasn't started yet. It can take up to 10 minutes to start up. Try it again later.
Please check that you have Java installed!
Download Java here: https://www.java.com/download/
and then restart the Burst Client. If your local wallet doesn't start at all you can clean up the database.
Go to "Help" -> "Clean up DB".******
-
One of the online wallet is stuck.
for now, try using online wallet till issue is fixed:
https://wallet.burst-team.us:8127/index.htmlOr use local wallet.
for local wallet startup issues, you need to download the blockchain locally (shortcut for this is to download blockchain from db.burst-team.us and extract it in burst-db folder then start local wallet)
-
@rnahlawi looks like he has some issue with Java or something else. When he "Cleans up" his DB, the local wallet should start - unless Java can't be found.
-
@daWallet I had such errors when db file is corrupted or not found. and for sure Java has to be installed on the system (to check: open command prompt and type: java -version)
-
@rnahlawi The "Clean DB" function in the win client deletes the DB (corrupted or not) and starts from the beginning.
-
@rnahlawi thanks much
