@dvndr007 His ID verification is at the top of the page he is taking a simple yes no vote now
haitch admin about 3 hours ago@all - Okay I assumed you'd all want to see revenue figures before investing, but I hear the call to release now. Okay, simple majority vote - I'll start a poll now, it ends when I finish transferring the assets over to the new account. Simply post yes or no. Majority wins. As a small change, I'll put 30% of the initial funds into an escrow account, and give daWallet the pass phrase. If I disappear, he'll refund you 30% of your investment
-
my vote is YES for release of ASSET, NO for timing, give us a a few days to collect some decent amount of Burst. :)
-
@haitch impressive, I want to buy into this but some of those assets I can't support
-
i vote YES !!!!!
-
@haitch My vote is stick to the original plan. Wait a month, put together a proper proposal with projected earnings based on Dividends, and a plan for future investments.
Particularly with the News on News, let's stop rushing things, people who are interested can collect Burst, cash BTC, ask more questions etc.
I also have a concern about too many investments based purely on investment in other Assets. taken too far it becomes a stack of cards waiting to fall down. I was badly burnt with ZDP's in the UK in the 1990's where one of the biggest problems was them investing in each other.
Not saying this it's problem here but worth thinking about and a read. http://www.whatinvestment.co.uk/split-capital-its-253755/
What do others think?

@RichBC Waiting a bit to give us all chance to save up and invest is a good idea :)
-
@RichBC completely agree with you on that one
-
@RichBC Totally agree with stack of cards concern.
-
It is a very nice idea @haitch
-
@RichBC vary valid point, however anyone running this type of asset that wants it to be strong will hold a vary diverse portfolio of assets , personaly i try and keep my assets grouped by how they generate flow.. not by how much flow they generate.

@haitch said in Haitchs Assets Asset ....:
Apologies to Nameless, but I intend to make this the most massive asset on the Exchange.
Haha, i'm just happy that i managed to stimulate a wave of mergers and expansions that people were reluctant to make for some reason. With 402 all i want is to show people that BURST is more than capable of handling monster assets. Yours just strengthens my point.
Best of luck with your little baby! Me gusta mucho !

Here you go haitch so that your numbers are correct. Judging from current trading volumes and values an accurate estimation for the value of your assets are as follows. You have to look at demand rather that supply of assets. No use ASSUMING what you could get if you were to try to sell all your assets if there are no buyers. A more accurate evaluation lies with how many shares are people looking to purchase. Here are the actual estimations using the books as of this morning.

In OP it is first stated that 80% will be reinvested in assets, while afterwards it says 80% will be distributed to asset holders, so whats what?
Btw, I think these kinds of assets are out enough, so no value added (except liquifying your assets). It might also even have negative effects on the market (layer on layer on layer) just like @RichBC has stated. But hey, its a free - crypto - world, greed = good, people only learn by mistakes.. so if these kinds of assets remain as populair, guess we'll just have to be shown not to.
-
as long as this kind of asset stays diversified it will be stable , you run into issues when you have multiple portfolio driven assets that invest heavy into each other and not much else.
