@kmaxkmax It does look like it will have a little loss on the trade though, which I know won't be much of a problem with the high payout, I'll look into it.

relax people, if this is happening, people shouldn't pay a premium for shares. take your time, wait it out and you will be able to pick up shares from those that want out eventually.

@nameless this looks great! From what I understood you will not be releasing any shares of this asset (if merged) till 2018? So if the merging does happen then people interested should grab some of what is around from your others assets, am I right? Taking into account also the backing you have, this venture of yours will definitely succed :)
Do you have a plan of an insurance for investors in case something happens to you?

@vExact thanks for the kind words. To answer your questions:
- no more shares will be sold till 2018, and maybe not even after... no shares are sold regardless of the merge or not. i told people this in the other threads before
- the backing is more massive than i show. there's more, but some of it i can't make public yet
- in case i die, i have people that have access to various parts of the funds, and the asset will be liquidated without a problem. with my recent disease, i already showed a part of this by having my girlfriend pay out the newsilver dividends, but the others will only step in in case it's really severe

ADSactly is ALL for this we are in for sure as you can see @nameless mentions they hold currently over 2,000,000 ADSactly Units and if this swap happens ADSactly is going to be backing up the dump truck to load some more 402 into our Vault.
