now the pools refusing connection.. error reads: 2017-01-15 23:02:48.773 WARN 4884 --- [ networkPool-1] b.j.c.n.t.NetworkRequestMiningInfoTask : Unable to get mining info from wallet: java.net.ConnectException: Connection refused: no further information

@ZapbuzZ it means the wallet you are using is not connected, check it

i heard usually when this happens a bl ock got hit and the pool page isn't loading now can someone please try load it so i know its not just me

@ZapbuzZ sorry you are pool mining, so the pool you are using should have an issue!

@ccminer i hope one day to go solo :) just right now $450 for hard disks is too much. though $130 on ebay at times for 4-6 TB theres no warranty and not delivered by fragile labeling.

@ZapbuzZ The error mainly indicates the a http connection does not finish successful, in your case it seams sending your result to pool does not get response in time (connectionTimeout) try increase it in jminer.properties
It is basically not a error in the miner but a network issue. Some pools have high load and need a higher connectionTimeout setting.

@luxe thanks i have increased to 64 seconds lol it timed out earlier though. It says cannot connect so i close it re open it and runs again. i am preparing to set this computer to be dedicated to mining as a singular task hopefully that'll end all my issues.
