Having issue with pool.burstcoin.eu

The pool.burstcoin.eu seems on my end to have an issue cannot access the web page. I get a message that it was reset while loading. The other part is just trying to mine the pool it is as if there are only a couple of people accessing the site is there something up?? I have shut everything down including my computer thinking it was on my end but same result.
