@Luke1219 Just because you have been banned over on BN does not remove any of your responsibilities as an Asset issuer. At times like this it's very important to reassure Shareholders of the current position and your future plans.

Please make a statement to assure us that you plan to either continue with the Asset in the way that you were or that you intend to buy back the Asset.

However whatever you do, say something and say it soon....

@RichBC Although he wasn't here for over 14 hours^^ I believe we have nothing to worry about and he will handle this making everyone that dumped his asset regret it^^

First of all i would like to apologize about not replying sooner as i was attending school and had a exam today
I was active on burstnation but the school internet does not allow me to view this forum and I had no data so I could not even look over here
I am going to spend a good hour or two Writing this response/apology/explanation

i had been banned from BN for 24 hours because i posted in reply to Energizers thread, the asset id for CP2
i accepted my consequence.
After the 24 hour ban I went to the Energizer asset thead to post a apology in which i could not.
I private messaged Adam to apologize and to ask him to reopen the Energizer asset thread to tell my investors what had happened he did not see the message,
a few hours later i was trolling the forum and i came across the new video talking about Children running assets,
I watched it, had a little cry knowing that Energizer will probably flop and all the time and money i had poured into it will be gone like a fart in the wind,
After my cry, I then messaged Adam again asking him to Have a 1 on 1 skype call with him so i can prove to him that I have what I say I have, and have bought what I say I have bought, show him the recepts/boxes Etc
HE AGREED!. i just have to have a legal guardian confirm that they are aware of what i am doing,
this is not a problem, my parents have been very supportive of everything that I am doing and I have kept them informed every step of the way :)

Adam is currently looking into the "legalities of minors engaging in this kind of stuff online"

However Running a asset/crowdfund Is different, and required heaps of trust,
that is one of the reasons I chose not to disclose my age as I thought that would discourage anyone from buying shares of a asset created by a minor.

Adam did seem a little pissed of that I included the verification badge over on the asset thread on BN
but I did that before things split apart so it was not a big deal at the time, I had been meaning to remove it but I guess I forgot

Whats happening with Energizer and CP2?
CP2 ,as stated is a asset mainly run by Chilleypanda2 Where I will offering my assistance at anytime and will be managing the Investments side of things, CP will be managing the mining hardware at his location

Energizer, payouts will continue as normal Pretty soon, I am in the final stages of building PC's and starting to plot over 55TB+ hopefully we can still grow to our potential, but with the recent events I am not sure this will happen anytime soon
as stated above I am having a skype call with adam, the best possible outcome is the Energizer thread gets reopened on BN and i can continue to mingle between both forums, post updates and payouts on CP2 and Energizer every now and again.

I guess he saw what I was doing with my asset and decided to make one himself, I have little association with Elite or Helium,

So as most of you know I invested a few thousand dollars into harddrives from my own savings to help Energizer grow more rapidly with that problems arised, mainly plotting, Over the last few days i have dug deeper into my pockets and bought some equipment so Hopefully I can get most, if not all of my harddrives plotted and mining over the next week or two,
My initial plan was, as soon as I have those harddrives up and mining was to reveal My age as I wanted the community to get a idea of who they are sending their hard earned burst too in exchange for mining power, also provide More photographic evidence of The hardware, Computers, receipts. I Guess the events that have happened over the last few days resulted in this Information being released earlier

I am sure there are many things I will think of that, I will want to add to this statement, this is everything i can think of at the moment.

I don't understand this statement. Everything you have created is still there. You have raised approx 1.5M Burst from shareholders. You have a Miner generating Burst.

Make some clear statements as to the current position and your future plans and move forward.

I want to like this asset and I feel Luke will gain trust back .. I also feel it is very early to manage more than 1 without proving himself on the first but that is only an opinion not a fact. I do not think age should play much of a factor. organization and focus mean more to me than age.

@luke1219 i think you are capable of many great things. If you are doing stuff like this under 18 I can only imagine what you bring us in the future and am fact very excited to see it..

@RichBC I think what Luke meant with that statement is that all the reputation he had build up, and capital he was trusted with would be gone. people would panic sell, making them lose money, and he lost all his reputation and credability in the burst scene. obviously the money is already in the asset so that won't change. the future of the asset however, is limited.

I think the only way to recover from this, is the same way CCMiner recovered from his coverup; to from now on be open and honest about EVERYTHING, and show us that this asset can be run in an adult way, even though in legal terms, it's not run by an adult (yet). Only time will make this asset recover, Time and dedication. I myself was quite invested in your asset, and will not sell any of these off, and even add some cheap shares I come across. regarding asset info you have always been open and honest, and I appreciate that.

I disagree at the moment all that he has lost is a few shareholders who panic sold on the news that he was "underage" he will however have picked up some new shareholders who have bargain priced shares. Number of shares sold in the panic was tiny. Around 2500 less than 2% of the issued shares.

Any loss of confidence I will have has nothing to do with age and only to do with how Luke manages this situation and the Asset going forward.

He has made a statement clearing up a number of points, but now needs to have a strong and regular presence here answering the outstanding questions that I and others have raised, along with regular updates on the Asset.

In my opinion you should simply ignore burstnation and keep doing what you have been doing thus far. Srsly in talk with Adam you aren't the one who should explain himself. I trust you far more even tho you are underaged than guy that scamed, spammed and mislead loads of ppl. All you need to do is updating your main post that you are underaged and posting some pics of asset's drives. There is no law regulating creating assets/using cryptocurrency and ppl that say it's illegal for you are simply dumb. I will just add that I understand concerns of ppl especially after cjelis dumped his asset and that they don't want minors to work with their money. You have to add that this is asset based on mining and it's not hard work managing drives. Guy like Luke is more then capable of buying, plotting and running miners (but you can always invest in OG if don't think so:) ).
So as I mentioned many times, keep doing great job and remember that you didn't loose any real investor thus far^^

This is not legal advise, but here is a framework Coinbase appears to use (or has used) for US regulations. Now does this apply to assets? If you answer the questions linked to the google document it might help to clarify some things (or just make it more cloudy). @kmaxkmax This document has more to do how the US views Tokens (and maybe assets?) as a Security and Exchange. Never mentioned anything about age.

IMO legal wise i think @Luke1219 thou alredy varrifyed should at the min have a parent / legal guardian involved via also geting verified and providing @haitch some form of co signed consent form. that would protect @haitch and this forum from any legal blowback... as the only questionable issue is allowing @Luke1219 to advertise on the forum as a minor. because of the decentral nature of Burst there is no way to regulate who can create an asset, regulation can only be enforced by the various web sites and the way they allow or not allow asset owners to advertise on the site.

Sorry for posting here but there is No where else to post :/

Really sorry about being absent over the last few days,
However I have decided that I am going to cancel Energizer,
I Have thought long and hard over this, weighed up all the pros and cons, and I think it will be for the best,
I really appreciate the huge support right from the start from many different people and all the continued support even after my age was revealed

This has been a great experience for me, I have learnt many new skills which will help me later on In life,
I have really enjoyed being part of the Burst community over the last 6 months and being treated as a equal, Everyone is (usually) very nice and helpful , I just hope you didn't panic sell shares

I will not be quitting Mining burstcoin as I see a huge future for it & I will need to do something with the 50Tb+ I bought, from my own pocket, I will be buying and holding as much burst as I can get my hands on over the next few years or so ,

As stated in the initial release “If something happens with the asset/or my life, which prevents me from Mining, I will reimburse what you paid for the shares + 2.5% extra”
Because I sold most of my shares at 10burst each i will be rebuying them at 10.25
Im pretty sure I sold some shares at 12.5, But I have since refunded the difference
Please allow 1-6 weeks for me to buy the shares back, I will be buying back shares on a daily basis, this could possibly take longer as The value could rise, the first shares will be bought back in a few days,

Id like to thank Adam, Crow and all the Devs behind the scenes for all the great stuff they are doing, and have done.
I wish you all the best for the future, The best of luck for any future projects!

I will not be posting anything, anytime soon on either forums, however I will still be lurking around, watching the live streams and such, Keeping myself updated
