@luxe I have a payment of burst made to thems with more than 10 confirmations and not received yet... could be for the same thing i guess?! I notice that the wallet of burst doesn't show at least right now on their ledger...

@luxe at what intervals do you plan on doing giveaways, or is it on a whim? I thought about telling some buddies about it to get them started on burst, but I don't know when the next one would be?

For people new to C-Cex, once you have registered and logged in to C-CEX, you will see a vertical row of icons on the left of the screen.
Click on the Ledger icon to get to the screen where you can redeem your code.

@luxe I was only introduced to C-CEX this week, after reading about your giveaway. It is rather interesting. I believe I personally have a lot to learn since I am fairly new on all forms of cryptocurrencies.
Anyway, I have a little problem with online features. The BURST address does not seem to auto-generate. Other coins' addresses auto-generate instantaneously, except BURST. Any idea why this is so?

@luxe sorry, well I tried to make a deposit in C-CEX in order to redeem the Burst Giveaway. It wouldn't generate an address for me ( probably I'm doing something wrong!) When I tried to redeem the codes you sent to me, it said "already redeemed..." I don't know where. Sorry. I'm a real computer illiterate and I'm trying not to be a pain in the a__-!

@Ndabezitha You have to click on Get New Address...
@chyna88 you have to click on Get new Address too if you are talking about cryptocurrencies wallets. Or if you are talking about redeem the CCEX code you only have to go to Balances --> CCEX Codes tab then put your code in the redeem C-CEX code voucher box and click Redeem.
I believe you're trying to split a portion of your balance into C-Cex codes instead if redeeming one?!

no, I tried to generate an address to make a deposit, but it wouldn't generate at all. As for redeeming, I tried that also, but after I clicked the redeem button, I don't know where it went! I tried again, and it said," Invalid or already redeemed..." ??

@chyna88 sry, i do not know what could be your issue and why you are not able to generate a burst address, maybe try another browser?! in general this is possible through the 'CRYPTOCURRENCIES' tab. Maybe redeem code did not work, cause you had no burst account/address ... not sure about that.

@luxe I did get 2 voucher codes, ( one from the previous Giveaway) I tried to redeem them and followed the instructions on how to redeem...but now it says "Invalid or redeemed codes". Do they have an expiration time frame on redeeming,, because I have no clue to where they went or how much it even was...? Thanks for your time
