[ANN] New Bubble Asset Launch!!

  • @AngryChicken I never meant to say Ponzi only about how I was outlining my solution. The fact that you put the details out means it is a Participants risk or perception of risk vs reward so I don't imply Ponzi to the Bubble.

So yeah why would anyone buy the lotto ticket? They are willing to risk for the reward. Same with the Bubble. We can only consider a Lotto ticket an Asset before the numbers are drawn a Liability and worthless after unless you won something.

So your bubble is always in fluctuation between these perceptions. When Math has already predisposed your positions the term Asset can't be used. The Burst was worth the same amount to make its worth and is only extrapolated by time. By giving the Burst you get for the "Asset" to someone else, they now hold that worth to be sold on the market and plummet the price. So giving it away only decreases the value.

Getting more people involved is great but giving them your "Asset" means the Math needs to chew up more money from Other people rather than you to make it try to meet its Value to those who bought in initially. People who buy in at the height of the bubble just lose and have to wait for buyers and time and maybe they go to your faucet for their Dividend. Unless you are hoping that the people who get the Free Burst now use it to buy your Asset which just becomes circular.

I know you are trying hard to get Burst out there so I don't want to discourage you at all. I just think you need to offer something. But if people know what they are getting into I guess all is good and fair.

  • @CryptoNick I agree, except for predisposed math determining weather an asset is an asset. Assets always follow a pre-calculated mathematical formula, through options, derivatives, and so on... Al Assets follow an exponential, linear, or a sine wave path that can be extrapolated to determine future value. This asset follows a sin wave path it goes up slowly then rapidly, then falls suddenly. Thing is the Bubble asset WILL ALWAYS BE WORTH 1 BURST, therefor differentiating it from a lotto ticket. Like I said above it's not for everyone but for some like HotPotato. This asset is only a fun way to play and gain experience with the asset exchange and earn Burst as well. This asset is not to be heavily invested in unless that is what you wish to do.

Below is a sine wave (What I used to describe the value of Bubble) this isn't 100% as bubble drops steeply

  • @AngryChicken Your positions are predisposed by Math where you are setting a 1% at X to derive its value based on nothing other than that, making it not an asset or of value other than you derive it, I guess I wasn't clear.

The worth of 1 Burst came from the original Burst not the "Asset". It may still be worth 1 Burst inside the Asset but meanwhile a Faucet just dripped it out to someone else who sold it for BitCoin. Now someone else puts it on the Market waiting for someone to buy it. So instead of Buying from the Market lets say everyone goes and buys your Asset. The price goes Nowhere, Value goes down for Burst since 21 Million Coins now dumped, people have to hedge their positions in the market and keep the coin on the market to play it. Any giveaways now sell off and more people invest in your Asset only to repeat the cycle up to 21 Million.

Come to think of it this may actually work fine for Miners who get the coin for free so I don't really see any problem with it. So you will be the first successful Non-Asset Asset! Congrats!

  • Any news here, I bought 15k or so and haven't seen any movement, what are the plans going forward will there be a refund if this asset is deemed not working

  • @dagentlemang I thought more people would buy some, more so as a fun game and such. The Asset is still being monitored. The reason it's not going anywhere right now, in my option is that a few people gave it harsh criticisms. Not that the opinions were invalid but I think they damaged the assets startup. Anyway I didn't want to spam the community with an asset, but I think that it may need a bit more publicity as it hasn't been talked about much since the launch. The asset will still trade for as long as burst is around.

Sorry, for such a delay I just got really busy this week and had to setup a couple of severs.

  • @AngryChicken the response is definitely appreciated, I sent you a dm

  • I must take a strong stance against this Asset, this is nothing more than the definition of a Ponzi scam. People buy more so the first investors get more value and then it resets (take all their money). According to Dictionary.com

    3. assets.
    a. items of ownership convertible into cash; total resources of a person or business, as cash, notes and accounts receivable, securities, inventories, goodwill, fixtures, machinery, or real estate (opposed to liabilities ).

You admit to having no back end value or resources. My recommendation to you is close the asset, admit it wasn't a well thought out idea. You have a chance here to "save face", not many people get that chance. going through with this could destroy your reputation.

    -IceBurst

  • @IceBurst The asset resembles the HotPotato Asset as I have mentioned before. The goal was to have a game on the exchange not owning shares in a certain object or entity. The asset will continue to run, even if some don't like it . If what your saying is that if I don't close an asset that wasn't intended to be taken as seriously will damage my reputation, then I say let it. I didn't do anything wrong, the buyer was informed (As long as they read), and they were warned. The game is open to anyone that wants to play, for those who don't it doesn't apply. Simple as that, the asset isn't hurting anyone. If it were to hurt someone, then that would be there doing not the asset.

Note to All Asset Buyers: Don't Invest More Then You Can Afford To Lose.

  • Looks like the bubble asset got more attention there has been a upturn in trading.

  • So do you think you're ever going to give me my investment back , no one is buying into this shit , and you're stpped caring i'd like my 15k burst back thanks
