Some questions about the wallet...
-
Hey, i have two questions about the wallet.
1.is it safe to give out my burst account Numeric account ID?
- if i put a buy order on an asset and then wanted to cancel that order, how would i do it?
-
- Yes - Neither your numeric or Burst address can be reversed to get your passphrase.
- Asset Exchange -> Open Orders, Cancel.

So, promoting your products contains risk of your account to be stolen since you need to give yur BURST address to people for they search your products. Or when you give yur BURST address to someone who want to send you some coins, he/she can reverse it and steal your account. Or I'm thinking wrong?

@moonjeina - No, you've got it backwards. You can't turn someones address or numeric ID back into the passphrase. There is no risk of your account being stolen by giving either one, or both, of them out.

See your Burst ID : BURST-XXX-XXX-XXX ... as a Bank Account Number. This ID can be translated to numbers and vice versa. Both ID expressions have their certain advantages. Both are Public.
Your Burst Passphrase equates the Login, Password and TAN to your Bank Account all in one. It is private. When you lose them... then it's not your Account anymore.
