@che3ire What wallet version? Sounds like you have one that is using the .h2.db format instead of the newer .mv.db format.

it has both files in the folder its ver 1.2.3

@che3ire 1.2.3 is ancient - get 1.2.7 from the Burst Software section - extract and overwrite the existing files.

just replaced all and now my wallet wont open, the cmd prompmt says alot and last line says genisis block already in database

@che3ire Yep, thats what it's supposed to do - the wallet is processing it's startup. It'll be up and running shortly (can take up to 10 minutes)

got her open now it still says its downloading the block chain

@che3ire But with a much longer green bar? The download is generated within the last 24 hours - it needs to catch up from when the zip was created to now.
