Problem with plot writing

I am having a problem plotting my external drive. I am using windows 7, 32bit
and I installed the Java on my system and confirmed after installation that it is last version.

Every time I start to write plot. I receive the below error boxes below

and then when I click "ok" I receive the error box below

Does anyone know what is causing this error?

I already installed java. but the problem still exist

@w_bassiouni if it is 32bits since thats what you need. Other than that it seems its not being registered on windows PATH variable, try to look up how to do it ;)
