Burst reaching $1

Burst can even touch $100 .... All depends on how it performs in the real world rather than just on Exchange

Check out my post https://forums.burst-team.us/topic/2975/burst-coin-raffle-20-amazon-gift-card

Burst can do much better than $1 per coin. It's a coin that anyone can mine. In my opinion, we're missing a simple wallet/miner combo that can handle plotting, pool connection, etc. seamlessly. Bundle everything together, make it simple. Hide assets, marketplace, forged balance, NRS version (whatever those are?) away behind some menus and concentrate on what people care about:
- sending money
- receiving money
- mining
Put it on mobile and desktop. I'm talking about Breadwallet levels of simple. I've had ideas about gamification when it comes to mining presentation. I think a "game" frontend where the more storage you use to mine affects what you see could be popular.
-
@FlippyCakes The asset exchange is what makes up a huge part of burst.
-
@rapidfireman Oh sure, but new users don't care about that. They want something simple. I say put anything that isn't sending/receiving/mining behind an advanced tab.

You have no idea how close you are at a home run with what you just said :) . The next wallet release will have a feature similar to what you described and more :)

i really wish BURST was direct convert to USD$ and not BTC middle man... would love to see a direct buy option added to the wallet you could just click enter CC info and purchase BURST right from the wallet run it throu Polo in the background so people dont have to set up an exchange account and do everythign manual.
-
@Gibsalot Polo doesn't take USD. Only way in or out is crypto.
But yes, Burst needs a better onramp, something like a Coinbase.
-
@FlippyCakes Coinbase for BTC -> Poloeniex to trade Btc to Burst
-
@haitch Yeah, but you gotta have BTC. There are two steps instead of one. I can understand Gibsalot's point.
-
@FlippyCakes a $ to Burst exchange would be awesome, but there are to the best of my knowledge two coins where you can go direct from US$ to the coin. If you're not US, you have an extra hurdle. BTC is the intermediary. That said, I've bought Burst via paypal, I'd be reluctant to sell it that way though.
-
true , be nice to get burst added to a multi coin wallet system like coinbase :)
-
wish full thinking. all thing's i think can be added in the future and would almost have to happen for burst to hit 1$ .. without innovative simplistic additions that make it easy for mass adoption we will cap in the 1c - 10c range

BURST will never reach 1 dollar...it's against its porpoise. This is meant to be a cheap high circulation coin. I honestly think 10 cents a piece would be the absolute max, but i really don't ever see it going over 1 cent a piece.
BURST is not meant to be one of the pricey coins...
Surely you meant against its dolphin?

@Baron hahahaha
