BINGO!
But I dont see why BURST wont be much higher than 1k sats...
We need to focus on getting BURST used at Merchants.

BURST will never reach 1 dollar...it's against its porpoise. This is meant to be a cheap high circulation coin. I honestly think 10 cents a piece would be the absolute max, but i really don't ever see it going over 1 cent a piece.
BURST is not meant to be one of the pricey coins...

That's enough blasphemy out of you!! lol j/k
-
@nameless Ok. I suppose 10 cents is still expensive and enough to make a good profit.
-
@nameless I may be wrong here, but whether it is meant to be a pricey coin or not, it is the demand that will determine the price in the future isn't it ? If there is mass adoption why would the price stay below 10 cents ?
-
@Gadrah_ price can't go over 10 cents because first of all we will have 2 billion coins in circulation, and second, most of the circulation will be due to the AE, CF and auctions (coming soon) , as well as gambling and lotto. A shitton of dividends will be given and a larger shitton will be dumped for BTC or whatever the main coin will be, after the successful crowdfunds and all...
The only way it will ever go over 10 cents is if it becomes a backbone currency like BTC or ETH... and i really doubt that will ever happen. But then again, i am but a man and i could be wrong. Just expressing opinions here :)
-
@nameless Ok I get your point. And I totally agree with you on the fact that it won't go above 10 cent if it doesn't become one of the major cryptocurrency. What I think however is that we have the potential to be one and thus reach 1$ in a distant future.
Time will tell :)

@nameless Unless we all do a buy and burn thing..
-
@BURSTguy I think the fact that there are quality assets giving an roi could make BURST THE GO TO INVESTOR'S COIN..Apart from the lovely Community we have here where I feel really welcome and at home what makes me want t invest more and more in BURST is the fact that I have no job or pension to speak of so earning an roi on investing BURST makes someone like me feel a little more secure in a volatile world. So it could attract more investors and savers..then eventually the shopaholics.. Is there any talk of BURST having it's own debit card at all?
-
@qibucks I made a mockup of a card.

-
@JackManMania really? is it nice..
-
@qibucks Its not real, but it was just an idea. Hopefully someone has the time to create one :)
-
I was going to use a credit card feature to buy some burst coins until I discovered I had to buy bitcoin to exchange for burst. I need to buy burst coin easier. Each time currency changes hands it costs fees.
-
Burst can even touch $100 .... All depends on how it performs in the real world rather than just on Exchange

Check out my post https://forums.burst-team.us/topic/2975/burst-coin-raffle-20-amazon-gift-card
I am doing raffle giveaways and also making a site that could help burst alot ! Automatic Website coming soon if people like this

Burst can do much better than $1 per coin. It's a coin that anyone can mine. In my opinion, we're missing a simple wallet/miner combo that can handle plotting, pool connection, etc. seamlessly. Bundle everything together, make it simple. Hide assets, marketplace, forged balance, NRS version (whatever those are?) away behind some menus and concentrate on what people care about:
- sending money
- receiving money
- mining
Put it on mobile and desktop. I'm talking about Breadwallet levels of simple. I've had ideas about gamification when it comes to mining presentation. I think a "game" frontend where the more storage you use to mine affects what you see could be popular.
-
@FlippyCakes The asset exchange is what makes up a huge part of burst.
-
@rapidfireman Oh sure, but new users don't care about that. They want something simple. I say put anything that isn't sending/receiving/mining behind an advanced tab.
