Burst Gone

Help please all my Burst has gone I logged into my mobile burst wallet a few hours ago and everything was normal, now I log in account balance is 0 and it says incorrect account and warning You're most likely on a fork how can i fix this ?

Probably you entered the wrong passphrase. You also can check your address online in http://burstcoin.biz to see if something happened to your account.

It's 100% right passphrase I've retyped it not just copied and pasted it a few times and still the same.

Now it's saying can't connect to server.

The same happened to me too. I entered the passphrase several times, but the wallet had nothing in it and it said there had not been any transactions ever. Then I tried once more and everything was fine and all the transactions showed.
The connection issue would explain it, because as far as I understand, the wallet does not actually have any coins in it, just keys. The coins are in the blockchain.

I have the same problem. It happened when I tried to make a local wallet in Burst Client for win. When I went back to my online wallet, all of my Burst was gone.

@srhanna you're entering the passphrase wrong - check for white space at the beginning/end of the phrase, or line breaks in the middle. Any of those will change your phrase and take you to a different wallet.

@srhanna I can assure you it's not. The account reference you gave is not found - meaning it's never had an incoming or outgoing transaction. The passphrase you're using now is different from the one you originally used.

Well since I copied it to a text file and only copy and paste, the only conclusion is that it got changed somewhere and in any case the wallet is lost now. So much for crypto currency mining.

@srhanna copy and paste can still go wrong - if your notepad window is small and the passphrase is line wrapped, that phrase is different from one that is not. You need to be very precise in copying and pasting your passphrase.
Setup a new wallet, or triple verify your existing pass phrase - goto https://wallet.burst-team.us:8125 AND https://wallet-burst-team.us:8126 AND https://wallet.burst-team.us:8127 - separately copy/paste your phrase each time, verify it displays the same account address in each case
Once you've done that, post the address here and I'll send you the Burst you lost in your original account.
