[Resolved] Slow network or ERROR? (tx and blocks not showing in burstcoin.biz)
-
Guys... anyone can tell me what's going on? burstcoin.biz only shows last tx on yesterday, cant find any detail on today tx.
Another problem, I withdrew some amount from Poloniex, it shows tx completed there. But I did not find any amount credited to my wallet.
Complete BURST 373.18312501
2016-11-26 21:55:56 Address: BURST-3LEF-2UMY-GXT9-9V7TV Txid: 7104166215286498506It's strange, usually tx completed and it will show to my wallet less than 5 mins. It's almost 1 hour but I have not received it. I checked the txid in burstcoin.biz block explorer, it returns an error "Unrecognized search pattern".
Please let me know if anyone has an idea about it....

@bitko On the blockEx - the wallet was hung, I've restarted it and it should catch up soon.
As for Poloniex - they've been weird recently - I've had transactions complete in minutes, others take 8 hours or more. Be patient, and see whether it completes - if it hasn't after ~6 hours - open a ticket with them.
-
@haitch OK, thanks.
I'll post the updated status by tomorrow, let's see.I already opened a ticket to Poloniex to check it from their side.
-
@bitko It happen´s exactly the same with me today with 2 withdraw from poloniex, and doens´t apear the txid on burstcoin.biz, tomorow i gone see if i received in burst wallet, :)
-
@burstcoinPT yeah, it's been more than 6hrs and I still got nothing, even Poloniex has not responded yet to my ticket.

Hi @haitch , burstcoin.biz network has been updated my wallet status. Thanks!
But Poloniex has not responded yet my ticket.

Update on this issue guys.... (I also changed the subject with tag [Resolved])
I've just already received the coin into my wallet. Already notified to Poloniex to close my ticket.
Happy Bursting!

@bitko my issue of depositing to poloniex was resolved too just minutes ago. 12 hours of deposit time. The burst was already in their wallet that was issued for my account but it didn't transfer to their wallet so that it would reflect to my account on poloniex. Weirdest ever.
-
@burstcoinPT it will come bud. It's part of the growing pains. :) Just have to be patient. I hope it will be faster, the transaction, in the coming days. :)
-
@bitko @jervis @burstcoinPT Polo has nice volumes in trades but their handling of BURST wallet is well strange :D Maybe its due to large volumes and the system just needs to parse a lot of Tx throu all coins in there.
-
@LithStud I was also thinking due to the unexpected growth of Burst transactions. But we don't know for sure. They even did not response my ticket till I confirm that I already received the money after 12 hrs.
-
@bitko i dont mean only BURST :) its exchange so it needs to parse all those different tx from different coins into their own database :) And thats huge processing power needed.
-
@LithStud OK, it's another issue then. I'm not aware of that complicated Polo's procedures. :)
-
@bitko well i dont know how its done either, but just following simple logic :) well coding experience helps to arrive at this conclusion as well :D
