Help! Need citation proving burst was first! (Smart Contracts, Decentralized Lottery, ACCT Atomic Cross Chain Transfers)

In order to generate support for the development of Burst Projectsin @crowetic has charged me to do some research in order to set the record straight.

Burst was the first coin to be Turing Complete and thus to have a Decentralized Lottery and also a secure ACCT P2P coin transfer process.

Where can I find the citations proving these assertions to be true?
