Windows 7 issues

So I downloaded multiple miners, plotters, and wallets on my windows 7 ultimate machine. I'm trying to use the burst wallet gui 0.2.6 but I'm getting a ton of script errors. I also can't get the miners or plotters working. The cmd prompts for them pop up for a second and close or they show the "has stopped working" error. am I missing something? I have java and c++ visual studio (whether I need them for this or not) . I'm currently getting the service pack1 downloaded maybe thats what I need but until then does anyone know whats wrong?

@mikes92 I had similar problems. Then I downloaded and installed SP1, then updated Internet Explorer to the latest version. Also updated the Java. Then everything started to working good.
