fast plot optimizer for linux/ubuntu

HI as written in the tiltle I'm looking for the faster plotter optimizer for linux/ubuntu based computer.
I'm plotting with GPU and I know that dcct miner as an optimizer function available, but it will use CPU am I correct?
Does it makes sense to use a GPU plotter and than optimizing with a DCCT?

@ccminer I find that optimising is largely limited by the Disc read write speed so not sure that GPU will speed it up much? It is definitely faster to optimise from one disc to another rather that to the same disc.

@ccminer I tend to use the GUI but when using DCCT it's something like this

Optimizer 30 L:\plots -del 1 -m 3g J:\plots\11574201560360030742_23961217_21504_3072

The readme has all the info

on linux ubuntu on the readme.txt is not clear how to install it on linux/ubuntu and with dcct otpimize options I can not put the created optimized file into another dirver

@ccminer Yes sorry you are correct I was looking at Windows. The Linux instructions I have seen only seem to cover optimising to the same drive.
