Help me understand Deadlines and Confirmed Deadlines

Hi, I'm fairly new to burstcoin. I'm still trying to figure out things as I go along. But here's some questions that I cant seem to find the answers too.

1. What are deadlines and confirmed deadlines? In my miner they vary from 11 hours to 55 days. What are they and how do they work?

2. Payouts, is there a payout threshold? Ive been mining for a solid 24 hours but see no coins in my wallet as of yet.

3. Statistics, I read that you can see your miner stats somewhere. Im mining in the EU Pool. How can I see how many burst my miner is mining?

2. should pay if u mine for a full 24 hour
3. your name you set in your burst wallet, scroll down and find it or ctrl + f and type ur burst address/username that u chose in the wallet.
4. shorter they are the best they are ( that's all i really got to say :p )
