Transaction take very long to be confirmed
-
@gpedro over here, more people with the same issue
-
Well if c-cex has issues i can not help, you will have to contact them, but please check your transaction before you open a ticket. Could also be a stuck wallet at burstgames.
-
@luxe in my wallet the blocks stopped at 282040, and my deposits (from poloniex) to my wallet and BurstGames site do not appear. @gpedro helped me, and in another wallet by browser my wallet show the right numbers, but when I open via AIO (i think its this) is not right. What can I do?
-
-
@luxe Do you think it can be that issue that returns the coins after aprox 1 week? this is strange and the only time i saw transaction ID's not being confirmed in the burstcoin.biz was when that happen with someone like 1 or 2 months ago...
-
@JotaJota please try restart the wallet, if that does not work, you could popOff some blocks, but thats kinda hard to explain.
-
@luxe I've tried, 3 times. It continues the same. I'm worried about the coins. What should i do?
-
have you guys tried to open your wallets through your browser with one of these wallets?
https://mwallet.burst-team.us:8125/index.html
https://mwallet.burst-team.us:8126/index.html
https://mwallet.burst-team.us:8127/index.html
https://mwallet.burst-team.us:8128/index.htmlI'm using 8125 and all seems ok... All the wallets looks on on https://monitor.burst-team.us/network although burstcoin.faucet.tk and pool.burstcoin.party:8081 seems to not have their wallets synced but the pool is running cool and the faucet is cool too... Something strange is hapening x(
-
@JotaJota You don't have to be worried, the coins are not lost for sure, if the coins don't appear in the receiver account in the worst case the blockchain will give you the coins back in aprox. one week (it's a fixed number of blocks that i don't recall right now)
-
Auch... i need this coins to buy some assets. F***. In poloniex show the 2 withdrawls complete. When I open the wallet from the 8125 its there. But why is not showing im my wallet when I open from AIO? And why not showing in Burstgames sites? 2 hours since the withdraws.
-
@JotaJota You do not need to worry about coins ... they never get lost.
To popOff some blocks (and maybe fix stuck wallet):
-
find the /conf dir within your wallet
-
create a file named 'nxt.properties' (will 'overrule' the nxt.default.properties)
-
add the following line to 'nxt.properties'
nxt.enableDebugAPI=true -
Re-/start your wallet and open: http://localhost:8125/test?requestTag=DEBUG
-
Click on 'popOff', insert maybe '10' in numBlocks and click 'submit'
-
Check if it is still stuck.
-
-
@luxe sorry man, I'm dumb to do this. Where I can find this /conf?
-
@JotaJota All online wallets except '8125' are ok, you can always check here: http://util.burst-team.us:8888/ if one has lower blocks than all others, it is stuck.
Sorry i do not know, where you have your burst wallet, can be kinda hidden using win client, i do not know the exact path ... maybe someone else does?!
-
@luxe I'm sorry man, all this steps I don't know how to even start to fix. The only thing I know is that my wallet is stuck at 282040
-
@JotaJota must be somewhere here C:\Users\your username\AppData\Roaming\BurstWallet\
version 1.2.6/conf
AppData is hidden.Only other option you have is to delete the burst_db folder to resync, but for that you also need to know where wallet is located. Please wait for someone who knows the path.
-
@luxe in my username there is no AppData
-
Why we should do the pop thingy when in my case the offline wallet is ok, but the online wallet having an issue?
-
@luxe said in Transaction take very long to be confirmed:
