i am not able to send my burst coins to any exchange an error apper public key not specified pls let me know where to mention or apply public key

you have to do a certain type of transaction first so that your pub key is seen
if you are using the online wallet click on the spot just above your burst address it should say something like " not set yet " or something along those lines type in a name for your account and then click update accountthis will cost you 1 burst but it will lock in your Account as your first out going transaction and you will be able to send burst with no problems after that

how many blocks since you have done that transaction?

i dont know where to see how many blocks but i have set my acc since 15 days and having 413 burst coins earned from fuacet

@brzee Hello I had the same problem same time as you. What I did was did a small trade at my exchange, I bought burstcoin with btc. Then I tried again and it worked. Wait a bit before you try.

@brzee The other thing I forgot to say is only send a small amout of burstcoin as a test run like 11 or so coins, I found if you send a lot you will get 'unconfirmed transaction' and will wait for hours. I don't understand why as i'm a newbie too. Hope that helps
