@ajqjjj Best way to get better deadlines is to add more TB :-) However if you can speed up the read time for your 8TB such that you reduce the time to submit your best Deadline than that will increase your reward on any short block.
So optimise the plot, use a GPU Miner, use USB 3 or SATA III Drives. As you make changes monitor the time to read the drive(s) in your miner to confirm improvements. However single most important factor for better deadlines is more TB....

@ajqjjj How many seconds will it take for you to read all the plot? If it's below 1 minute, then you're good :)

@ajqjjj As has been said you can "get by" with a read time of less than a Minute. I however think that it's well worth putting the effort in to reduce the total read time as low as possible. Any time that there is a Block time less than 1 Minute you will get a bigger reward.
I have 50TB and can read through in 8 Seconds and although I have not found a way to quantify the gain I think it's well worth the effort.
