[ANN] Burstcoin.party:8081 - A New Mining Pool
-
@Adeptus No that 125 burst for 2k points were in the beggining hahaha now it's more 50-60 burst for each 2k but still a good amount...
@socalguy i'm pointing my miner to there just now xD
-
@socalguy getting this error:

Never had it before and don't understand what it means and if the problem is on my end or yours ^_^ please let me know what to do, thanks :D
PS: everytime I restart the miner I have the same errors and it's always get stuck when it's at 73%
-
@Zeus It has to be on your end cause mine is working fine..someone around here should be able to help you
-
@gpedro damn that sucks lol I figured it went down... well if my math is right @ 50 per 2k that should still be an average of 0.00625 BTC or $3.83 vs $2.00 so that's almost double
-
I turned off my miner and restarted it and didn't encounter any problems. What does your miner.config file look like?
@jervis did a good alternative to starting up the miner here.
-
@socalguy yo speaking of that when your turn the miner off and turn it back on do you have to do anything? Like say if I shut it down one night and restated then next day to give my pc a rest. Or if say I added another HD. I think this is a big question for a lot of the noobs
-
@Adeptus don't have to do anything, just start the miner and it will start normally :)
-
@gpedro I see that you joined the party! your name is on the pool already. I need to be a co-owner of this pool @socalguy... My pee is all over it already ^_^
Don't let the party stop!
-
@Zeus yo thanks!!!!! i have just been wondering that and I didn't wanna start a whole new thread
-
@Zeus are you using a lot your internet connection? That happens to me with the clouds and @Blago said it's probably a timeout error in the internet connection... The problem is at your end for sure but if you find a way to solve it with some tweaks please let me know hahahaha
@jervis yes i joined and already peed in there too LOL
-
@gpedro I don't know what happened but it's solved now haha, sorry don't have any idea what caused it or how to solve it haha
-
@zeus I was getting those errors as well. But I realize that where it stops it was usually pointing to one specific Hard drive attached. Hence, I moved the hard drive to a different USB slot. That rectify the Error reading file issue. Hope that helps.
-
@Zeus hmm possibly some bad connection speed for some minutes or something?!
-
-
@jervis You know what happens when you say to people not do something and they are having fun by done that thing xD THEY SIMPLY CONTINUE TO DO IT!!!! hahahaha
-
@gpedro Okay people. CONTINUE PEEING! DON'T STOP!
-
Dat pee party is going out of hands !
-
So a relative of mine worked for a city that had a lot of city pools. Without going into crazy detail, she said the reason why the pools sometimes have such a strong chlorine smell is because the chemical is attacking a lot of urine and other matter that is in the pool.
I'm sure a lot of us have been in pools that smell real bad of chlorine...
-
@socalguy what other matter? >.>
-
@socalguy ewww hahaha
Well I'm still not sure what happened but it seems that the problem was with the drives, I think they were in a sleep state or something similar, because it was related with my latest drive I've plotted, and there was no light in that one to tell me it was active/reading.
