Who could help me with javascript?

I am having a heck of a time doing probably the simplest JS solutions. I more or less understand my pool code. I even fix a variable
problem but the syntax is kicking my butt.I am not asking to solve my problems but rather point me in the right direct to solve it myself. If anyone has time to help me along the way
