THERE IS NO DISK IN THE DRIVE
-
I've been periodically getting this annoying pop up when I select the "Start Mining" label or when I'm inside the Miner and select the button there. It pops up several times sometimes going through a series of drive letters (I'm only showing one, but I get three or four at a time). I run through the cycle of "continue" until it goes away, but when I select the "Start Mining" button, it begins again. It will happen several times until I start selecting the other miner buttons. Eventually, once opens the Burstwindow for viewing. Does anyone else have this issue?

@TonyMarq have never seen this in relation to Burst, but in other circumstance it was a loose connection or faulty cable.

@TonyMarq I have had this error popup before. I restarted my computer and it went away.
A little while ago I did get some unusual errors today that popped up on my wallet. Not sure if the devs are updating something but that would be my guess.

I'll keep an eye on it. I have moved the external drive into another USB slot and also added another drive that is currently plotting. Still, it doesn't make sense why the messages are checking a disk and not a USB port for errors. The cables are new and I do check them. Thank you guys.

it's saying that it can't get to the disk, it seems that means your computer can't see the disk, if you can see the disk in your computer, but the BURST wallet still can't see it, then you're having issues with the wallet, otherwise it would be an issue with the connectivity to the drive, i.e. the USB cable.
I would restart the system as suggested, sometimes that makes all the difference, I've had this issue happen once on one of my systems as well, as I use mostly external USB drives to mine my BURST.
Let me know if you're still having any issues and I'll give you some more options.

@TonyMarq I'm working exactly at solving this problem now. Are you willing to test the new beta version if it is ready?
-
@daWallet Yes, not a problem. Thanks.

@crowetic Thank you for the advice, however, the issue is that I get three of four similar messages, one after the other when I select "Continue". One pops up says disk in indicating drive N, then after I press continue another pop up says disk J, and then disk I, etc. I have to cycle through several before being allowed into the Start Mining menu. Once inside the menu, I select one of the start mining buttons, and again the cycle begins until one of them clicks and opens the mining Burstwallet activity. All this happens while I am inside my Dashboard page.
