Edit: Just install the new version over the old one. Deinstall of the older version is not necessary.
-
so do i have to uninstall my old wallet first?
please have patience with me. i'm only financially educated :D . semi-tech retard here
-
You don't have to deinstall the old one. Just install the new version over the old one.
(Deinstall won't hurt and won't delete your passphrases, but is simply not necessary)
-
@nameless just install it in the same directory that the old one, so it will override the old wallet, and that way you don't risk to lose your saved accounts ^_^
Yey I love the info in the footer!
-
@Zeus I hope this time it will work for everybody...
-
Will do. Thanks guys
-
@daWallet The footer info is working for me now, I've noticed users in youtube that had that working before I don't know why it didn't work for me.
But my problem with start mining from the wallet is still there, I've uploaded a video I don't know if you can check that out: http://screencast.com/t/mpbO9570
-
@Zeus Thanks for the presentation of the error. For the next version I'll focus to solve that. It's really an annoying bug but on my machines it never happened yet. You have to serve as beta tester :D
-
@daWallet No problem, I will do as a tester :D Yeah it's annoying, and even more for new members, the first time I tried out Burst after reading a lot in the forums I still wasn't sure why it wasn't working for me and almost dropped it, but I really wanted to mine with my drives haha
-
@Zeus I had a similar problem not long ago. Restarting my computer fixed the problem.
-
@socalguy I had this problem since the beginning, I made many restart since then, unfortunately for me it doesn't change the issue ^_^ good to know that for some it's solved :D
-
every time i try to plot it says,
" wplotgenerator.exe has stopped working"what could be the problem?
-
can't seem to plot
its says
" wplotgenerator.exe has stopped working "
2 options
check online for a solution and close program

@cccorp could be that you runned out of memory, you could try plot manually... here's a how to video:
-
how much ram do you need to run the plot for 1.28tb?
-
@cccorp you could even run with just 250kb of RAM but it will take a lot of time... the best setup is allways depending on your machine so my advice is open your task manager and see how much ram you have normally free and never use more than 70%-80% of this value and you never should run out of RAM... You have to experiment a bit for know what is the best config for your pc
-
@daWallet i'm liking the improved wallet
