-
Guys, is this normal ? i need about 1 day to plot a 1.3TB. Can anyone take a look at my setting and help me sort it out ?
Device.txt
0 0 1024 256 8196Batch file command
gpuPlotGenerator generate buffer C://Burst/plots/15061970190181711272_5000000_5722045_32768
pauseAnd also, it will start off with around 12288/nounce per minute, after 5 min it will drop to 3000+

I am only plotting 299gb and I am on my 24 hours period and only gotten 73% done. I think the bigger the space the more it takes to plot.

Maybe i can help u on this, before this i plot space less than 500gb it only take me less than 1 hr.
what is ur setting like ? u can try on your next plotting

@BurstL0rd
The gpu plotter will first generate a bunch of nonces in memory, depending on you staggersize and after that write them to disk and repeat.
If it drops to 3000 nonces/sec on writing to disk, your bottleneck is not the gpu but your drive writing speed.
It is btw. not the fastes drive it seams (USB2?) ... USB3 or SATA attached drive should be arround 10000 nonces/sec

Saw the bolded num ? i change it from 1024 to 2048. im not sure if this helps. But it all works out well after i tweak it. @Cryptogotti

@BurstL0rd thanks mate. will try and post back to confirm. I'm having alot of issues with this Burst mining and wallet. Starting to really annoy me. But must persevere because I think this coin will do well in the future. Thanks for your reply!
