W/D Burst From C-Cex This Morning--Still Have Not Received

I withdrew 1000 Burst to my wallet this morning, but still have yet to see them. C-Cex provided a transaction # (14742619870243863062), but I have no idea where I can enter this to check the transaction. Looked on the block explorer and on the client, and haven't found where I can enter this....What am I missing?

@Feltersnatch You're right, seems that the transaction doesn't exist... Probably they had a problem (wallet forked or whatever), try open an issue ticket on c-cex, providing them your problem and the transaction number, they are usually helpful and fix things like that :)

sometimes all you have to do is re-click the email link they sent you. It fixes a lot for me.
