Asset idea - need a good debate here

  • @nameless It's a way of having a good growing module i like it... What will influence the price of each asset after the first release? just the burst value right?

  • @gpedro after the first asset release wave, the second wave will be released according to market demand price. Here's how i see it:

say i release 100 assets at 1k each. We wait for 100% ROI so we can release the second wave. Until that happens, the shares in circulation will definetely rise in price and be traded. Let's say by the time we reach 100% ROI the ask price on the market is 2500 burst. That means that the second wave will be released according to that, at a price of 2500. I hope i'm making sense.

Also, the market sets its own price. People can speculate on the growth as much as they like.

  • @nameless Oh ok i was thinking in a fixed price for asset issuer but that could flutuate due to burst value... But i understand your view and for me it's quite alright too, then i expect the values to go seriously up on the second release with so good expected payouts... I will wait to see what happens and what you and your girl decide about the initial price and/or decimals...

  • How much time (on average) do you think the asset will need to achieve a full 100% ROI? 30, 60, 90 days/week?

  • You got to love this woman of mine. She just suggested something interesting.

She's not cool with the asset idea and thinks it can get too messy . However, she understands how much this concept of pure raw speculation means to me and is willing to help. So, this made me think, and i think this will be the final version of my experiment:

Make her an account worth 500k BURST. No more, no less. Then ''sell' the account value in shares. This is a one time share sale. Only shares worth 500k in total will be issued.

Her initial 500k burst remains in the account. The money raised from shares sale on the other hand, goes to trading. When she withdraws you will be able to see it in her account. Every now and then, she will give out a random dividend, but always less than the profit was. The remainder stays in the account as backup. WHEN she blows the trading account (it is going to happen sooner or later, but that can be even a year from now) , she buys back all shares with the initial 500k + all the profits that were set aside.

So what this means is that the asset will always be backed by a minimum 500k, and will grow each and every day and pay dividends. This way, whoever wants to trade the assets can always have a peak into her account and see how much it grew, so that they can self-evaluate the price they're willing to buy shares from others at.

I'm making this happen :) . I'll announce the asset and ID shortly.
@administrators please close or delete this topic. thank you. and thanks to everyone who gave feedback

  • @nameless LOL actually i like it more this way... the investors will not only be paid by the dividends but will be making a retirement plan too xD Hell of a woman for sure xP

EDIT: hope you make it with the lower price than the 1000 Burst you were talking about or with at least 1 decimal, that way it will be minimum buy of 100 burst...

  • @gpedro yeah, price will be re-calculated. I think 10 burst a piece will do. And then ofc force the 0 decimals policy. Wait and see :)

  • @nameless 10 seems pretty good for me xP

  • Looking forward to it!
