I get errors when mining

What are these errors about. Is there something i can do about it?

@robel You haven't set your reward assignment to the pool you're mining on.
Goto https://wallet.burst-team.us:8125/rewardassignment.html
Ignore the first two fields, put your account passphrase in the third and the Burst address of the pool you're mining at in the fourth. Then hit submit.
4 blocks later you'll be properly mining on the pool.
