As far as I know Livecoin is russian crypto exchange with an address in London. They support many languages like Chinese, Indonesian, Portuguese and Spanish and they are growing in importance like Burst is.
Their support is responsive and always nice. Their website seems state of the art with all security features.
I'm pretty sure they don't have 20 confirmations waiting time like Poloniex.In general: don't leave your Burst in centralized Wallets like of Exchanges for longer than necessary. The safest place is your own wallet.

Nice to know ill have to get an account open there and try out some trading :-) It's starting to get difficult keeping track of all the damn exchanges I have accounts to lol.
