@Rich5000 try put your passphrase and the recipient account of the pool you want to get in and make sure it has no spaces in the beggining and in the end... are you trying with the recipient account of the pool not yours right? (EU POOL: BURST-7Z2V-J9CF-NCW9-HWFRY)

@socalguy @Rich5000 the change button is for when you get error 5 but for my experience sometimes it solves other errors i can't explain why because i don't know the code and i'm not a dev...

your reward recipient is pointing to DE pool and you are trying to mine on EU pool, again you have to set the reward assignment to this address: BURST-7Z2V-J9CF-NCW9-HWFRY... or you can just start your miner pointing it to the DE pool if you want...
