Choosing a Pool
-
Hello everyone,
I'm really new to Burst.
I'm wondering what you have to look at when choosing a pool.
I have 934GB of plots on a separate partition on a 1.5TB internal SATA HDD. I believe it's a 5400rpm one.
I have an i7 2600 CPU, 8GB of ddr3 RAM and a GTX 550 Ti.
My internet speed is 150Mbps down and 15Mbps up and I live in the Netherlands.
I don't know if all of these specs are important when choosing a pool, but I would like ro know what to look at. Perhaps you could suggest a good pool for me?Thanks in advance.

@Dehim no the only thing that matter it's your plot size so for your plot size i recommend pool.burst-team.us or any of the new pools created by @crutsy or @tomahawkeer
-
@gpedro Just to correct I do not have any pools sorry.

Checkout the recommended plot size to see which pool to join.

look not disparaging all others but indicate http://burstpool.ddns.net/ It was to present myself better results @tross

Thanks guys, I'm gonna try out tomahawkeer's pool and pool.burstcoin.biz. I'm wondering though how long it will take approximately until I'll receive some payout.
-
@Dehim Keep in mind pool mining is a group effort to get a block. If the pool has a dry spell then you do too.
-
@Dehim In burstpool.ddns.net i don't really know but on BIZ everytime you reach 300 you will be payed out or 24h after your first burst earned
-
ah yes, In burstpool.ddns.net it's every time you reach 100 or 24h after first burst earned. I'm currently mining there.

7HMW-8H5A-9BV5-7S7AK......3 days.....18.04.....5
I see this at all rounds at my Account Id. what do all those numbers mean. The 18.04 is total Burst earned so far, right?

@Dehim I don't know what are the meanings on the new pools...
