BURST Transfers to C-CEX: How to retrieve transaction ID's?
-
I made a transfer from my burst wallet into my C-CEX account yesterday. My burst wallet balance was immediately depleted by the transfer, but my C-CEX account still does not show that incoming transfer. I posed a question in this matter in the Help & Support section on this forum, yet I still await a useful response.
The same matter has been quiried with C-CEX, and they request a transaction ID, which I don't have. It was the first time ever that I did a transfer from my burst wallet, and I have no idea how to go about retrieving the aforesaid ID.
Can somebody advise on the situation, please?

Go to Transactions in the menu in your wallet.
The transactionID shows up as first number in the column displaying the transaction.
-
@luxe: I got the transaction ID last night. Thank you. My question now is, why does the transfer still not reflect on my C-CEX account? We are now running into the third day, in hours, counting from the timestamp in the Block Explorer transaction records.
Does it usually take so long?
ASTOUNDED.
-
@Ndabezitha It should normally not take that long. Maybe they are having issues on their side or something.
-
@Propagandalf: I got a response from C-CEX Support rather recently, and this is what they said: "Wallet stuck at block 265571. Tried to restart it but no success. Burst team informed."
WORRIED.

@administrators You're probably informed already, but if not, you should probably help the exchange out with the wallet issues?
-
@Propagandalf daWallet is working with them. Appears to be stuck wallet, just needs to download the wallet DB and restart.
-
@haitch: How long do you anticipate the issue to be resolved, though? The three days for me have been like three decades of waiting impatiently and indefinitely.
CLUELESS.
-
@Ndabezitha afaik this was only an issue today - your transaction from 3 days ago should have processed. Open a ticket with c--cex so they can look at it from their end.
-
@haitch: The issue was raised on the same day. They asked for a transaction ID, and I sent it. Their response was: "Wallet stuck at block 265571. Tried to restart it but no success. Burst team informed." - C-CEX Support. 2016-08-26 15:16:07.

@Ndabezitha It'll be resolved as soon as we can get them to fix their wallet then.

Ahhh, so that's what the problem is. I've had an order placed for the last three days from USD to Burst and it still hasn't converted. If C-cex is having trouble with their wallet, that explains a lot.
Thanks for the info @haitch, you guys are so very helpful.
