-
Please provide your BURST AccountID.
-
BURST-YCGR-AADJ-JP8F-93ZVS
in blockchain the 2 has like 22k confirmations
-
As far as i can see, you received the BURST and placed Bid orders on Asset Exchange,
check your Asset Exchange -> Open Orders
-
i did yes i wantet to buy assets for 75k and the other one was like 100k but all is empty. i have no assets and no open orders nothing.
-
i just see i got now an asset from you? thats the only asset i own now
-
@KeenHero Are you using your own local wallet or one of the online wallets?
-
its the online wallet. i already tried with the ports 8125-28. all shows the same
-
@KeenHero As luxe told you: Your coins are most likely in a Bid Order Placement. There are two of them.
-
nope i checked it all.
the problem is that the 2 transactions went somehow uncorfirmed in my wallet. i have no clue why
-
@KeenHero just out of curiousity, what asset were you placing an order on?
-
Vector and BURSTaker . by vector i had an order for 75k and BURSTaker almost 100k
-
Looking at the timestamp, it's right about the time when SILVER investors started reporting such things. Something strange happened in those blocks...
-
@KeenHero Seems like you really had some bad luck, but I can assure you the coins are not lost.
In the worst case after 1440 blocks they will show up in your bittrex wallet or in your own wallet (BURST-YCGR-AADJ-JP8F-93ZVS).
I've never seen this before...
-
Yes, more and more it seams that something worse happened today ... i can not explain it right now ... for me it looks like the chain was forked, and after some hours the 'wrong' chain took over ... however that happened, a lot of transactions got reverted/lost ... no idea how much and how that could happen ... maybe due to the fact that burst gets more and more centralized on burst-team servers maintained buy just some people able to copy blockchain around whatever ... @KeenHero I'm sure bittrex will understand and refund you, even if it takes time, but this is all in all a worse situation, we all need to get burst decentralized again! ALL SHOULD USE LOCAL WALLETS, DO NOT MINE ON BIG POOLS! (Edit: never wrong, even if the issue was something else ...)
EDIT: @haitch The database of http://burstcoin.biz is corrupted, it is not in sync with the current blockchain! Proof is the Bittrex Account transactions:
Blockex:

Here some more info about what happened:
2016-08-23 FINE: BlockchainProcessorImpl.popOffTo: Rollback from 265572 to 265548 2016-08-23 FINE: BlockchainProcessorImpl.popOffTo: Rollback from 265580 to 265548 2016-08-23 FINE: BlockchainProcessorImpl.popOffTo: Rollback from 265574 to 265548We resync the blockchain of the blockex from zero and probably the false transactions won't show up again.
-
@luxe The lockex wallet was on the right block and recent transactions were right - it's like it went off on a fork then rejoined the chain with the forked blocks still in place. I'm rolling the blockex back to the last copy from db.burst-team.us. Should be up in around 15 minutes.
-
@haitch Decided to do a from scratch download of the block chain - give it 2-3 hours.
-
i just checkt my wallet. still missing
-
@KeenHero 1440 blocks are around 4 days. That's the point Coins in limbo will be credited...
We are still checking how this could even happen.
-
okay ty for the help guys
