newby, got error when trying to plot drive

Hey guys,
Thanks for all your help in advance, I just got the My Passport Ultra 2T hard drive. I tried to plot it and got this error - "wert fur IOHandler ist unguiltig"
Not sure what it means, if someone could help me resolve it, I would greatly appreciate it.

Never happened to me but are you plotting by the Burst client or manually?, If you are using the Client try to completely close your client (check in the tray!) and then reopen the BURST application, if this isn't working my suggestion is to plot manually...
