As of currently: You are not able to withdraw or deposit any Burst. This also means that any deposits made in a given timeframe is held back. You will get that deposit at some point after the exchanges opens up for withdrawing and depositing Burst
If you guys need help, stop opening more tickets. Ask in the trollbox or wait. Their support are really slow and I have used it once and got a reply after 48 hours. The trollbox is your best option because there is always some admin/mod there to keep people from killing each other. (But resist from asking if you are able to do so)
I have asked before and they said: "It is down for maintenance and it will be back as soon as possible. We apologize for any inconvenience". This means that the answer you most likely will get is along the lines of: "We are sorry for any troubles and will fix it as fast as possible." or as they replied to @Randavu "We will look into the matter and get back to you as soon as possible."
There is no need to panic because they are an exchange with a good community based around it.

@FrilledShark how can i use the trollbox? is some kind of program or external site where i can log in and talk to them? I have searched for this in the two times that i've got problems with them but not been able of enter in the trollbox and speak so that two times i opened a ticket and waited...

The trollbox is located right under the "Markets" overview.

The issue may have been my fault, sorry guys...
I accidentally posted them the old git (before the takeover) when I was tired the other night.
I have since sent them another ticket with the correct git link... hopefully they'll realize this and fix it ASAP.
I will also try reaching out in the trollbox.

Poloniex is slow to withdraw, so keep that in mind.
If you haven't got your Burstcoins yet, you should open a ticket. They might still be solving all the tickets which popped in while they were updating their wallets so it will probably take some time.

@Rendavu You really should contact them or use the chatbox because this is starting to get a lot longer than usual.

@Rendavu Did you open a ticket? Most tickets gets solved within 24h. Not in your case?
This forum is the wrong place, only polo support can help in this case.

I sent burst there today with no problems so best place to ask is by them.

I didn't get my burst coin either....2 day and 15 hour with no response

@bvadams1835 no response to a ticket for 3 days, wow that is a quite long time, never heard that a ticket did not get solved ... was it a bigger amount of burst?
