  @haitch Ah now I get it, so really the only upside to having multiple computers mining the same account would be that you have a better chance at receiving faster deadlines?

  @mterrenal Its an i7 930, The plotting on both drives finished successfully. I can see them in the plot folders

  @CoinBuster pretty sure deadlines are like lottery u win some u lose some, it should balance over time dont worry,
  Also for cloud mining with such GB like 500GB u would probably be better off at the pool.burstcoin.party pool since they basically accept all deadlines :D

  A couple of questions - have you seen any research on the best GPU setup when it come to plotting and mining? We plot at different rates, does that
  go for mining as well?
  Also, if I let the plotter run to completion and went to mining, do you thing my mining would be as slow to the same degree as my plotting?
  Is a new GPU needed in my situation?

  So, here is an update on my questions.

  Think I found why the 2TB drive was plotting so slow. It is a "fancy" Toshiba drive with "Powersave mode". If the drive is not used for a while, it shuts off, hence, the plotter needs to keep re-running the access to the drive.
  -- Resolution: plotting and mining at the same time :). I started the plotter (AIO) on the 2TB drive using 3 of my 4 cores and then started the miner. Since the miner detects 2 plots, keeps trying to access the plot on the 2TB drive. It gets an error, but the access to the drive keeps it alive, and then continues to mine with the 3TB drive. Plotting fine and I expect to have it done in 3 days.

  Now, I just need to figure out how to mine correctly with a Linux headless server...

  @Baron there is no limit on plot size - and one big optimized plot will be the fastest way to mine that space.
