  Still need help with plotting 9 Hard drives.As i am busy and dont have the time to learn how to plot them.My gpu rx480 nitro saphire 8gb. Will give 40k burst tip.Thanks

  Hi @Tate-A , I've never used jminer, but the wplotter I'm using gives me the same number you mentioned in "should this be: ..."

  For 100GB size plot:

  1st plot, beginning nonce: 0 2nd plot, beginning nonce: 409600 3rd plot, beginning nonce: 819200
  ... and consecutively add 409600 for next beginning nonces.

  @phillvinz if your capacity is only 174GB, it's better you join mpool.busrt-team.us:8080 which is dedicated for mobile pool mining. Just keep mining there, even though you cannot expect earning soon, but at the time the pool hit a block, you will receive a good earning.

  I don't agree, the mobile pool is too small at the moment, he would get almost nothing on a regular basis. @phillvinz you should have a look at the pool overview (https://docs.google.com/spreadsheets/d/1KHu9BWwy_QXIYAx2m_Tzs9BqPoTYUDhEDbHihZEXGsE/edit#gid=81124645) and select a pool that suits you based on the "recommended plot size" column.

  OK, I agree with you if we're talking about regular expected earning.
  My idea is about getting luck of bigger result, therefore I mentioned "even though you cannot expect earning soon..."

  By the way, your suggestion to select a pool that suits him is better solution for him if he wants to see quick earning. Thanks!

  Your capacity is your hashrate, you precalculate hashes while plotting ... all you have to do on mining ... is to find and deliver your best hash for given parameters. The faster you can do that, the better. But without a good hash the speed you deliver it, does not matter.

  A hash results in a deadline (time in sec. to forge a block), lets say you have a deadline of 10sec. but you need 40sec. to deliver it ... someone else with a deadline of 20sec. may win the block if he delivers it within 30sec. Thats the point where speed matters.

  Or if you mine on a pool, you earn shares of next found block depending on the deadlines you commit. You always want to commit your best deadline before the round ends, to earn as much shares as possible. (Would be bad if you can only 'scan' half of your plots in given time.) Again speed matters ...

  Hope i could explain in a understandable way ...

  @snorklepuss1 Have you set up the "devices.txt" in the "gpuPlotGenerator-bin-win-x64-4.0.3" folder?
  Have a quick look here
  Also you might wana try to start the gpuplotter from inside the folder for once (Shift+right click into an empty space in the folder with nothing highlited, then chose commandpromt....something)

  @xmagmax So yes 5.40 means 5.40 burst when you see it on the pool.
  As for finding out who gets burst each block it's a little complex but I'll do my best to explain.
  Each block can only be won by a single miner if that miner is in a pool then that miner splits the profits accordingly. Else the miner gets the whole block reward to him/her self.
  The picture below is from pool.burst-team.us and shows who wins each block. You see the "Our Best Miner" column is to show who in the pool submitted the shortest deadline, where the "Forged By" column is the miner who won the block. When you see a name like "iBatman" spanning both columns then the pool has won the block.

  After the pool wins the block it needs to split the earnings accordingly this is when you look at the bottom left chart also displayed below. This chart will tell you what deadline you submitted, and the approximate reward you will earn if the pool wins the block as explained above. Also you might notice the share column this will tell you the percentage that you will receive of the total block reward if the pool wins the block.

  Then in the bottom right corner there is this chart below. This cart show how much your earning, notice that "Shake-BMiner-1" has
  44D + 1305U + 320493. Well the first number here followed by the letter "D" shows how much this miner has earn but isn't payed out (The payout time and amount differ from pool to pool but are normally 24 Hours or 300+ burst ). The second number followed by the "U" is the amount that has been payed out but hasn't been confirmed yet (Meaning you can't spend it yet). the last number is the one with no letters this is how much burst the pool has transferred in your account in your time mining.

  Lastly about finding out how much you earn daily you need to access your wallet for this. You will notice that beside each deposit in your wallet there's a time stamp as shown here:

  The time stamp is in blue colored font and the first number from the left is the days just add the amounts deposited that are from the same days and voila you have your earnings per day.

  @goodplanets I can tell you that it is a openCL issue, but i'm not sure about the reason. What GPU are you using? Maybe reduce 'chunkPartNonces' in jminer.properties, to make the 'packages' delivered to GPU smaller, if you do not have much dedicated memory for your GPU. If you provide more details about your setup, chance is better to find out, what the problem is.
