@luxe I've seen that happen a couple of times - only thing I could figure out is that maybe the wallet it was submitted to didn't have enough peers to get the block confirmed.
from What i've seen our best trade pairing exchange is Ccex, thought the volume isn't there right now , it offers the most pairings to burst available now

also contacted thanks for the Push , The MTB team has already been pushing burst exchange through Shapeshift.io as well we would love to use their api services for a few projects
