Hi im new in burst mining and i have this same problem and i have been changed rewar assignment and waited ~20 min but still i get the same notice... I looked the instructions for beginners on youtube and did exactly as it was advised
Now I'm in the situation that the account is empty, and I can not change or try to change assignment
Nevertheless, I have allowed the mining to continue all the timethis is the message in mainer

You need change reward assignment and wait 4 blocks (~16 minutes)My wallet is BURST-YMG6-XSJB-43HN-4L26U in case someone wants to donate five burst so that I can continue to mining =)
