@abooluqmaan - You don't have to worry about overlapping with Burst Windows Client. It takes care of overlapping by assigning unique starting nonces for each drive letter. You can always manually check for overlap as below.
File name of plot is in below format
<address><startNonce><noncesNumber>_<staggerSize>
Open excel create two colums
StartNonce EndNonce
<StartNonce> <StartNonce> + <NoncesNumber>
{Do this for all other files you have}
This way you can make sure none are over lapping, if overlapping you need to re-plot i guess, not sure if there is way to fix this without reploting
Also for HDD when adding a new drive assign the next drive letter, don't change existing drive letters, so that the plotter does not create overlaps
