@falconCoin Oh yeah! Woooot!!
Two blocks for our pool today!!
Hi, could you tell me which website shows you these stats please? Ta!
I never used that version, but you could consider upgrading - the latest version is 1.6.3, so you're a couple of versions behind. The release notes for 1.6.0 do say that that plot reader was optimized - not sure by how much though.
Your read speed does seem incredibly slow though, could you have too many drives attached to one USB controller? I'm using a similar setup, and currently getting a plot read speeds of between 50 and 120 MB/s according to my log file.
[EDIT] Oh wait, you're getting the same speed on a SATA drive too? Buggered if I know, sorry.
It's tough watching all those delicious blocks whizz by, out of our reach.
Are you reading this, thinking "I want to join a pool that's great fun to 'hang 10' in, but also totally professional and reliable"?
If so - why not try this one! Please, we need some help over here. Ah come on. Come on!
Did that come over too desperate? What I meant was, it's fun in this pool! 46 blocks left to earn 230 shares? LET'S GO GET THEM, GUYS!
@Roland_005 As I understand it, your mining 'solution' for each nonce is a function of the nonce number and your numeric ID which you use when generating the plots - this means that even if everyone was mining using only nonces 1 to 1000, everyone would be trying with different numbers.
The nonce numbering doesn't matter, as long as you're using different numbers for your own plots.
I've actually found two transactions that aren't showing up on the block explorer, is there an issue with it not syncing at the moment?
If I look at my address - http://burstcoin.biz/address/1365297522942717064 - it shows that the last transaction was 3 days ago.
But if I run a local wallet, it's showing two further transactions, one yesterday and one today.
What's all that about then?
I understand that it's not an issue with the pool so maybe doesn't belong in this thread, but if people are checking for transactions using the blockchain explorer method, maybe they're having the same issue as me and not seeing some transactions?
Looks like your connection to Burst - Efficient HDD Mining was lost, please wait while we try to reconnect.
