RE: Not getting a payout.posted in Help & Support
@rapidfireman It could be the server (pool.burst-team.us) was on a fork arround that time, so you didnt got payed out.

RE: new walletposted in Help & Support
I think you have the wrong password, your burstcoin wallet should still be the same

RE: MINING STUCKposted in Help & Support
Yes, I can.
Right now there is a fork in some pools and some wallets, this means that there are blockchains who are giving false information. As you can see on pool.burst-team.us they are at block 262633 and burst.ninja is at block 262659. This means something went wrong during a copy of a block.Your wallet is not updating becase you have the wrong database file in your folder (the one that pool.burst-team.us is using) The best thing to do is to delete your db file and replace it with another 1 once the server has the right adress.

RE: Question about block numberposted in Help & Support
There is currently a fork going on some pools like pool.bust-team.us, the burstcoins will not be paid out during this fork on the networks so I suggest mining on another network

@luxe Could it be possible I have a corrupt block chain? The last 2000 blocks there are no payments but there are fees.
I will tag you next time too :D -
RE: downloaded wrong blockchain?posted in Help & Support
I am pretty sure mining has nothing to do with block chain, however I am mining on pool.burst-team.us

RE: Plotting my new 1.5 tb hdposted in Help & Support
I had the same problem like you
You probaly have the wrong file system.Go to your 1.5 gb drive and right click on it and go to properties, it probaly says FAT32 under file system.
Now you know you probaly have a fat32 problem.MAKE A BACKUP IN CASE OF IMPORTANT FILES
Go to CMD (in admin modes) and type in convert ~LOCATION OF DRIVE~ /fs:ntfs
when this is done close cmd and restart your pc
You will see the plotting is way faster then before and you can plot way higher number burst, enjoy :D -
RE: GPU plotting takes foreverposted in Help & Support
Well I finaly figured it out...... turns out the format on the harddrive is fat32 which allows only up to 4gb a file....... I'll change it now and then I will report back again
