unable to write plot filesposted in Help & Support
Help me please,
I'm trying to plot on 10 drives at the same time in buffer mode with gpu plotter. But most of the time when plotting a 250GB file, I always get the unable to plot files error along the way(at ~25%)
I was watching them and realized that. There is one drive after starting plotting that always stays 100% active time but read and write 0.00 kbps ( value on task manager). After that I can't just run the plotter without getting the same error, and I have to disconnect and reconnect the drive to restart the plotter.
Before plotting 10 drives, I tried only with 6 drives (including the one that has error here) at the same time and I could easily plot straight 500GB files to each drive.
My settings 0 0 2048 64 128
Gtx 1070 rog strix
Ram 24 GB
Plot files use stagger 1024 and i did try stagger 2048 as well.
So where is the problem and how to fix them? Thanks guy -
Plotting Sizeposted in Help & Support
Hi guys i need some knowledge.
So say I have 8 TB drive- Is it better to plot straight 1 8TB file or 8 1TB file?
- In case of several small files, do I need to make the nouces continuous? exp 1st file from 0 to 1000000 and 2nd 1000001 and so on... Or can I just plot whatevernouce range as long as they don't overlap?
And thanks for helping

Plotting multiple plots on one driveposted in Help & Support
Hey guys, thanks for helping me last time. And I need some instruction again.
My plan was to plot about 4000000 nounces (~ 1TB) on a 8TB HDD.
So this is how I'm planning to do: Plot from sn n 4000000
And my question is, the next time I want to plot on the same drive.- Should i start at sn x04000001 or sn x04000000?
- Will x04000000 overlap with the old one and is overlapping bad?
- The x (in x00000001), does it has any rules? or can I just choose whatever number as long as the x from x00000001 to x99999999 is the same?( To my knowledge, I think that if i have multiple drives, i shouldn't have replica x value)
Thanks for reading, love the community!

Help this newb thanks <3posted in Help & Support
Hi guys, i'm new to burstcoin mining as well as any other mining in general. If I may break any rules please be forgiving.
I'm currently in pool.burstcoin.party with 1.3 TB mining. I have a lot of questions and hope that someone will help me understand a bit clearer- I'm planning to invest 10 x 8TB drives to my rig. But do the 5400RPM mine less than the 7200RPM ones? (ofcourse I am aware that they will plot slower)
- After investing such capacity, which pool should I mine (80TB)? Does solo mining really worth it?
- My current 1.3 TB consists of 2 HDD drives, Why does only one drive get found/sent/comfirmed DL (as shown in picture) or sometime even worse that there is no found/sent/comfirmed DL at all for the current block.
Rig:
AMD ryzen 1600 @3.8Ghz
8GB ddr4 2400mhz
GTX 1050TI
1TB + 500GB HDD (optimized by using Xplotter CPU)
I use DMZ to open ports on both my modem and routerI may not be able to reply as I got to sleep since it's 1AM where i live. But please do comment and I will reply asap. Thanks for your time.
