@abooluqmaan pool-burst-team.us is a replica of the burst.ninja pool created after Ninja became too popular. An industrial sized consortium started mining at ninja, and the pool had too much concentrated mining power. So we created a second pool more suitable for smaller miners. We accept much longer deadlines than ninja, and created a pool that is much more suited to smaller miners. the burst-team pool does not penalize miners for using multiple mining PC's (On other pools if you have more than one miner and one of them submits a deadline that is higher than your current best submission, you get penalized.) All of the othr pools are based on Uray's original Burst Pool code, which had a severe bug - it would randomly not pay the miners. According to it's display miner X got paid Y Burst coins, but the transaction would never show on the blockchain and the miner would have lost their payout. Some pools claim to have fixed this, but I know there are still pools out there with the problem.
So overall, why mine at burst-team? We're known, we're trusted, we've got pool code written from the ground up for us that ensures fairness and that the miners get paid, and it's run bby the team that is developing Burst coin itself.
