Tried that myself after cc Shooting me for having -5 back then :-) - unfortunately upvoting your own postings isnt possible.
Naturally, after some time on here your rep Points will go up automatically as Long as you behave half decent.

Every time some other random user upvotes one of your Posts your Reputation Points shown on your Profile goes 1 Point up, and vice versa. Its that simple, got nothing to in fact how much Reputation a user should or shouldnt have but just a measurement of how much other users have "liked" (or disliked") his Posts.
Facebook style, like and all that.
@Jimmyg123 a starter pack of coins is on its way to you so you can start mining, try/Switch pools etc. and should arive very soon.
As usual, dont even dare to ask to send the coins back to me, instead send them to another novice who you probably will stumble upon on your quest facing the same probs as you, so may the force be with you and all that..
@Aerojet Sent you a starter pack so you can test/Switch pools etc. As usual plz. dont send it back to me but maybe one day to another new user who facing the same Problems as you did today.
@BeholdMiNuggets Just sent you a starter package so you can Switch pools, try pools out etc.
Dont send me back, send it to the next one if a new user is facing the same probs. and you stumble across his ask for help..
@Akito There is NO direct, lets say one-stop-way to convert BURST to € or $ currently so to speak.
You have first to convert your Burst to BC (or other currency) via a trading Exchange like Poloniex. From there, there are plenty of vendors out there willing to convert your BC (or whatever the top 5 crypto currencys are currently) back to € or $ and send it to you via SEPA to your regulal bank account, send it to your Skrill, convert it to Amazon Vouchers etc.
It sounds more difficult than in reality it is -its just 2 steps and stops instead of one, thus Need accounts at two vendors istead of an one-does-it-all platform.
@aitor 2 weeks ago Burst against the $ was virtually the same as today if not higher, but most certainly not 9.-. Price for 3-4 weeks now is stable against BC and $ hoovering around 600 Satoshis +-10% max and 140-150$ each 10.000 Burst.
@KenC Sent you some starter pack so u can start mining/switching pools if youd Need to etc.
@aitor How will you cope with the in-built decrease of value in mining? Which is basically determined by two given factors,
5% decrease of block reward each month (hope im still correct on this) and
difficulty of mining rising in General as more and more People start to mine, thus more and more People fighting for the same Piece of cake which naturally only can get smaller over time for each of them?
@ZapbuzZ I think most new(ish/er) dont know about the up/down vote function so just simply dont use it because they dont know about it and/or havent worked out what its good for. Took me like 2-3 weeks to find it out myself lol.
@scheven That said, being "enviromental" as such is worthless (while green Topics are getting more and more of a Topic worldwide of course, looking at the Change from Nuclear Power/Coal etc. to renewable ways of Energy, changing to electro powered cars etc.
Mining a coin with (much) less energy than say BC or ETH is nice no doubt - but to no use if there is no use of the coin in the "real" world.
@b11001h19 No.
Bottleneck in this term refers to some mis/bad Balance of the Hardware you are using and/or the one component which is responsible for this., aka the weakest link in the whole chain.
Imagine having a machine with the newest CPU worth $1.000, a Graphic Card worth another $1.000 , 64GB of RAM, SSD etc. etc.. - but for some strange reason connect to that Beast an external HD to it which only uses USB 2.0.
USB 2.0 here would be the "bottleneck" when in Comes to read/write speeed - as your machine could deliver much more more, but the Connection type of USB 2.0 just doesnt allow more throughput, even if you put Googles Server Farms prozessing powers on the other end.
The other way round, if your components technically are able to deliver x (SATA Ports, USB ports, Hubs, Raid Controllers etc.) but your cpu/gpu is too weak and only able to deliver 1/2 x to make up for that whats possible the cpu/gpu becomes the "bottleneck". IF you are looking for higher numbers of TB, practically starting at 50-100 TB afaik (For 10 TB in practical life for plotting/mining you can ignore that).
Talking about a Porsche 650 horsepower but only equipped with 125 wheels - or the other way round.
As haitch said it depends on the Hardware you are running and without knowing the concrete specs of the Hardware you are running its virtually impossible to answer that question.
As a rule of thumb for "only" 10TB of mining (2 Hdds or three) its not worth hassling around with gpu mining (especially on an older machine..) instead of cpu because the differences are negligible on an average home pc bought like 3-5 years ago.
Technically there is no doubt that there IS an Advantage of GPU over CPU (assuming you dont hold an technically outaged Laptop with internal graphic Card which prob. would cause all other Kind of (Performance) Problems.
But talking about difference the net difference @ 10Tb would be Close to None, talking about 1-5$ / month if ever. Depending on your Hardware as mentioned above.
@haitch Thats what I said basically to help darindarin with his question. (Got that 5K from Memory but info obviously outdated). For 1K your selling your Service/time too cheap, guess its just another way of donating to the community your Kind :-)
To Close that question and get the numbers right afaik currently there is 8 People who got fully verified by you so far (for assets) plus the 2 coming in lately for whatever reasons. Numbers may vary, but think thats not that far off.
@darindarin Will check that over the we. Been on win7 for 10 years now, doing Support too on that, hate 10 win a Passion but we have to move I know. Thx a lot four your Input anyway.. :-)
@drapo91 sent you a starterpack.
This is going into a faucet at this rate, lol.
@HiDevin Each time reading your post believing less and less your a "14 year old trying to fit in", lol..
Blacklisting isnt a very good concept if the pool gets bigger, be it IPs banned from a Server access or Burst IDs banned from payout. The reason for that is simple:
While there is virtually Billions of IP/Burst IDs out there - there is only a handfull of IPs/Burst IDs out there to whom you would like to grant Access to your Server/payout. Blacklisting means HUGE effort to handle for the admin, BIG config files/lists to handle the banned ones etc.
Whitelisting compared to that is much much more effective. Hold a file of 25-100 entries who are allowed and ban the rest instead of creating bigger and bigger lists with millions of entries getting bigger all the time youd never catch up.
@lestock starterpack on its way and will arrive shortly.
